1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using THE GREATEST FIRE platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Designed as a real professional experience environment, THE GREATEST FIRE replaces theory-heavy learning with hands-on, project-driven workflows.

2. Governance, Rules & Code of Conduct

All participants—including individual learners, corporate sponsors, mentors, and independent creators—must adhere to a structured governance framework:

• Professionalism: Maintain professional behavior aligned with industry standards, respecting all peers and mentors.
• Zero Plagiarism: Originality must be maintained. We enforce a strict anti-plagiarism policy.
• Attendance & Deadlines: Strict adherence to project milestones and deliverables is expected to simulate real industry workflows.
• Disciplinary Action: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination, managed through a transparent conflict resolution process.

3. The Fire Cycle Methodology

Upon approval, learners enter the Fire Cycle Methodology, a project-based progression:

• Solo Projects: 5 initial solo tasks must be completed. A maximum of two failed attempts per task is allowed. Three consecutive failures will result in removal from the current track.
• Team Collaboration: After solo projects, learners are placed in groups of 2. Progress scales to groups of 10, 50, 500, and up to global-scale projects over 5,000+ people.
• Evaluation: Progress is based on project output quality, code/design review, and peer/mentor feedback, not traditional exams.

4. Project Ownership & Intellectual Property

All projects, source code, designs, architectures, and intellectual property produced within THE GREATEST FIRE ecosystem are owned by the platform.

• Individual learners cannot claim ownership of platform projects.
• Learners with promising ideas can submit formal proposals for their projects to receive scaling support, mentorship, and platform investment.
• Revenue or profit generated from commercialized projects will be distributed transparently via our Revenue Sharing models as determined by the administrative committee.

5. Financial & Payment Terms

Access to structured programs may be free or paid depending on your enrollment status (individual vs. corporate). Once an application is approved by Admin after the initial video interview, payments must be completed to initiate the project journey. Repeated failures (e.g., triple-fail per segment) require reactivation via secondary fees.

6. Liability Limitations

THE GREATEST FIRE is an educational/production entity providing scalable learning infrastructure. We are not liable for external third-party actions, user misconduct, or loss of individual data resulting from policy breaches. By participating, you accept our risk mitigation frameworks regarding technical, financial, and operational dependencies.

7. Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect updates in industry integration and global expansion scopes. Continued use signifies your acceptance of any amendments.
